CHRISTIAN BOONE

As a Washington D.C. native, Chris approaches real estate development with an entrepreneurial mindset. Whether it is finding innovative ideas or bringing life back into an old property, he is always searching for ways to make our communities better places to live. Chris manages projects from early conception and design throughout construction and completion—working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, bankers, lenders, engineers, and architects. Chris also manages Cap B's banking/taxes, assists with acquisitions and portfolio management, conducts due diligence, and ensures legal/regulatory compliance. 

 

Prior to founding Cap B, Chris served as the Director of the Government Services Practice for Eye Street Investments, a full-service real estate development and advisory services group. In this role he oversaw every aspect of the practice, including setting strategic direction and positioning the business in the market. Chris had more than 7 years of experience helping large-scale government technology firms achieve strategic and operational objectives, before shifting his focus to real estate development.

 

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, Chris has 400+ training hours in core consulting, acquisitions, project management, Federal budgeting, stakeholder engagement, business ethics, leadership, change management and telecommunications.

INGA BEERMANN

Inga is originally from Germany and has traveled all over the world, bringing a wealth of ideas and inspiration to Cap B. With over 10 years of real estate and design experience, Inga is the number cruncher and creative mind.

 

Before shifting her focus to Cap B, Inga worked as an Assistant Development Manager for a luxury apartment developer. There, she led multiple 200+ unit projects from origination through completion, focusing on the due diligence, financial analysis, design, and overall project management. Inga is also a LEED accredited professional, giving her the ability to bring green design practices to projects of all scales. Finally, as a licensed REALTOR with Right Address Realty, Inga takes care of Cap B's acquisitions and dispositions. Inga holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland.

 

Inga has a passion for everything design and real estate related and has a keen eye for transforming spaces to be enjoyable for new generations. Her financial knowledge ensures that projects achieve the projected cash flow and create a win-win for all parties involved.
